Boiled egg sandwich
Is there anything more comforting and delicious than an egg sandwich. We hate the school lunch box or the breakfast or a meal we all love eggs and which is anytime of the day. Parked with proteins vitamins and lot of minerals egg sandwich is an is the option when you want to eat healthy feeling and nutritious meals. In this post I share an easy recipe to make a boiled egg sandwich with plenty of substitute in options in case you run out of ingredients in your pantry.
The egg sandwich is on the top list as it a super delicious and can be fipped up under 10 minutes if you already have the boiled eggs ready.
If you are not a morning person then feel free to boil the eggs previous night and refrigerates so in the morning you will just have to assemble the ex sandwich with all the other ingredients.
To make this recipe you need some boiled eggs your favourite sandwich bread and some fresh salad veggies and herbs mayonnaise hot sauce mustard cheeseburd chutney even pesto will work great as a sandwich bread full stop use whatever you have available in the pantry. I have made my sandwich really simple using mayonnaise and boiled eggs with hint of black pepper and salt, with some veggies. Let's get started.
Ingredients
2 boiled egg(shell cracked)
Black pepper powder
Salt
Mayonnaise 2tbsp.
Green capsicum diced
Onion diced
Carrot diced
Tomatoes diced
Butter
Directions
1. First step starts with boiling the eggs make sure you watch the eggs and boil them on a medium flame when the water becomes hurt increase the flame 2 a medium High and boil till the shell cracks cover and set aside for about 5 to 7 minute. Now remove the shell under running water.
2. When the eggs are boiled and the shell is removed cut them into half and keep them side in a separate bowl.
3. Now take a bowl and add the dice vegetables of your choice, I have used carrot capsicum and onion at a sprinkle Little Black pepper powder salt and two tablespoon of mayonnaise.
4. Take a non stick Pan put on the medium flame now what are the bread on one side and toes them for about a minute now remove the bread crisis from the pan to a serving plate now spread mayonnaise generously on each side the bread sprinkle some black pepper powder.
5. Add dised vegetables on to the mayonnaise spread site and place the boiled egg over it you can pick as many pieces of egg that you want I am using two hard boiled eggs for one single sandwich.
6. Now cover the sandwich with another slice of bread
7. Cut the egg sandwich into half and serve.
